(1)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)表面的(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理(li)110kV電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級的(de)(de)(de)高壓(ya)(ya)交聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)附件中,電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)表面的(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理(li)是制(zhi)約整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)附件絕(jue)緣(yuan)性(xing)能的(de)(de)(de)決定因(yin)素,是電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)附件絕(jue)緣(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)*薄(bo)弱環(huan)節。對(dui)110kV電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級的(de)(de)(de)高壓(ya)(ya)交聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)附件來(lai)說,電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)表面尤其是與預制(zhi)件相接(jie)觸部分絕(jue)緣(yuan)及絕(jue)緣(yuan)屏蔽(bi)處(chu)的(de)(de)(de)超光滑(hua)處(chu)理(li)是一道十分重要的(de)(de)(de)工藝,電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)表面的(de)(de)(de)光滑(hua)程(cheng)度(du)與處(chu)理(li)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)砂(sha)紙目數相關,如圖45所示。因(yin)此(ci),在高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)附件制(zhi)作過程(cheng)中,至(zhi)少應使用(yong)400號及以上的(de)(de)(de)砂(sha)紙進行光滑(hua)打磨處(chu)理(li)。
(2)界(jie)面(mian)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)110kV電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等級的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)交聯電(dian)纜附(fu)件界(jie)面(mian)的(de)絕緣強(qiang)度與界(jie)面(mian)上所受(shou)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)緊力(li)呈指數關系,如圖4-6所示(shi)。界(jie)面(mian)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)除了取(qu)決于(yu)絕緣材料特性外(wai),還與電(dian)纜絕緣的(de)直徑(jing)的(de)公差和(he)偏心度有關。因此,在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜附(fu)件制作過程(cheng)中,必須(xu)嚴格按(an)照(zhao)工藝規(gui)程(cheng)處理界(jie)面(mian)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)緊力(li)。
